For users signing in to the eBooks and Webinar recording page of the Website, in consideration for free access to a variety of eBooks, webinar recordings and related resources, you agree that Online Test may submit some or all of your Information to the eBook publisher or webinar presenter who may use it for marketing purposes.

• 1. We partner with third-party advertising networks to either display advertising on our Website or to manage our advertising on other Websites. We save your Information in our database in order to improve our Website's and user experience and in accordance with our TOS. If you wish that your Business Information be permanently deleted from our database when you stop using our Services, please notify us at info@oneacademyindia.com.

ONE ACADEMY is an Indian company. If you are located outside the India and choose to provide information to us, Online Test transfers your Information to our servers in the India. The Indian laws may not have the same data protection laws as the country in which you initially provided the Information. By visiting our Website or providing Online Test with your Information, you fully understand and unambiguously consent to this transfer, processing and storage of your Information in the India.
